- All applications must be submitted by end of business on the 15th of the month. The program money is intended for the exclusive use of the recipient and the project described. The recipient agrees to comply with the program criteria and will provide proof of project completion within 90 days and proof that the grant was appropriately spent on legitimate classroom expenditures. If a recipient leaves or is transferred, it is up to the discretion of the school principal to award the funds to a replacement teacher.
