Important ATM Information

ATMs ARE CURRENTLY DOWN

Due to a widespread network issue affecting multiple institutions across the country that is beyond our control, NCCU ATMs are currently down.

We can still help you – here are some options below.

• Use EZConnect ATMs with no surcharge – a map of these is available on our website, bemycu.org, under the ‘Tools’ tab.
• We will refund all members’ service charges if using another ATM and you receive a fee.
• Get cash back when making purchases at stores.
• We’ll come to you! During business hours, please park and call the phone numbers below and let us know you’d like to make withdrawal. You can stay in your vehicle and one of our staff will come to you with your cash and receipt.
