Improvements coming to Home Banking & Bill Pay
Coming soon! We are excited to announce the launch of our updated & improved Home Banking & Bill Pay platforms on February 10, 2022.
Your Home Banking log in screen will look the same. Once logged in, you will enjoy the new easy-to-navigate layout. All related links, including the Bill Payment Tab, will now be easily found on the homepage.
Our new Bill Pay platform, CheckFree RXP, offers our members a rich, user-friendly online experience.
For members who are currently enrolled in our Bill Pay, all merchants & their information will automatically convert to our new system.
Some of the enhanced benefits include:
- Easy & convenient to pay your bills;
- Account to Account (A2A); allows you to transfer funds from one institution to another;
- Ebill enrollment; allows you to receive electronic delivery of your bills from hundreds of companies;
- Same day rush delivery or overnight check capability (available for a fee);
- Members will have access to customer service by calling 1-833-999-1129 during the hours of 7a.m.-1a.m. EST.
